Don’t we all wish there were more than 24 hours in a day so that we could fit everything in that we wanted to do?  Here are some top tips on how to make sure that, although you are busy, you look after yourself too.

By planning your meals ahead of time you not only spend less time thinking about what to cook but you can get everything planned ahead of time.  You could also spend some time bulk cooking meals and freezing them, meaning even less time and preparation in the evening.

Making the most of the time you have with people you love has been proven to improve your health.

Finding a way to include exercise in your day is important.  Maybe use the stairs rather than the elevator, get off the bus one stop early or even walking or cycling to work all help to improve your health.
